How do I get unlimited exports?

After your first free export, tap Generate Poster again and the paywall will appear. Tap Unlock to purchase WallMapper Premium — one-time payment, no subscription.

I paid but premium is not active on my other device.

Open WallMapper on the other device, go to the paywall, and tap Restore Purchases. Premium syncs through your Apple ID.

I already bought premium and want a refund.

Refunds are handled directly by Apple:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Find WallMapper Premium in your purchase history
3. Request a refund

We cannot process refunds on Apple's behalf.

Map search cannot find my city.

WallMapper searches with OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service. If a location is missing, try:

• A nearby larger city
• A street address
• Dropping a pin on the map manually

My custom route is not drawing.

Routing uses the OSRM public server, which can occasionally be slow or unavailable. Retry after a few seconds. If the issue persists, email us.

Family Sharing

WallMapper Premium supports Family Sharing. Once one family member purchases, everyone in the Family group unlocks premium automatically.

Landscape or iPad multi-window

WallMapper is portrait-only and runs full-screen on purpose — this gives the map preview the vertical canvas it needs to render accurately at all aspect ratios.
